To enable us to provide the highest level of customer service and support, Servicenet operates several systems to ensure this is maintained.

All jobs are logged by our customers through our Free phone 0508 737 842. At this point they are entered into our extensive database and electronically dispatched to the technicians in the field via both txt message and an electronic copy of the job request that is downloaded onto their laptop and/or mobile device. At the completion of the job the technician completes all the required fields and electronically sends the completed document back to our call centre.

This enables us to provide accurate reports detailing the time calls where logged, remedied and closed.

In conjunction with the electronic dispatching of jobs, we also operate GPS monitoring of all service vehicles to ensure that we can prioritise the dispatch of technicians to ensure all jobs are remedied as quickly as possible.
